  • Unfinished Business

  • Snow removal – Snow removal service was good this winter, according to residents present.  Frank Lusch mentioned that no salting was needed.  Dues were reduced to $15 per home for 2015/2016 to reflect the savings for snow removal costs because of the mild winter.

  • Northcrest Park Information – New Castle County engineers continue to study water and drainage issues. These need to be corrected before any work can proceed on a possible bocce court.  President Frank Lusch plans to meet with Paul Johnson in the New Castle County Parks Department to discuss status.

  • Property at the “Y” Intersection – of Zebley and Marsh. Grass is being cut on this property.  No information is available on future plans for the land.  (As of August 2016, there were building plans posted on the property.)  A resident had safety concerns about a deep hole on the side of the road at this intersection near a sewer grate.

Treasurer – Al Sordi

  • Northcrest Entrance Sign – A few residents mentioned that some of the lights were often out of service. Some of the fixtures may need repair or replacement.
