Please Note:
Northcrest Civic Association is a voluntary, member-based organization formed by residents to address shared community concerns and is not a Homeowners Association (HOA).
Unlike a homeowner’s association, joining a Civic Association is optional. Civic Associations do not have legal authority to enforce rules or collect mandatory fees, although in order to vote within Northcrest Civic Association neighbors are required to pay their annual Civic Association dues.
Dues for the Civic Association support such things as snow removal fees, maintenance of the Welcome Sign, and park lighting.
Dues slips are distributed every fall in your mailbox and by clicking in the link above. Please send your check payable to Northcrest Civic Association.
